Our company has been specializing in the production of aluminum alloys and deoxidizers for over 35 years. Thanks to our extensive experience and qualified staff, we can ensure that we meet the requirements of our customers. We offer aluminum alloys in the form of bars and deoxidizers in the form of granules. Through continuous investment in our production process, we are able to continuously improve the quality of our products. Our aluminum casting alloys are produced according to applicable standards such as PN EN 1676, DIN 1725, PN-76/H-88027, ZN-86/MH-MN-260-14, or modified according to the chemical composition specified by the customer. Each alloy is filtered and refined to ensure that it meets high-quality standards. We also offer aluminum for steel deoxidation in grades A2, A4, A5, and A6, which can also be produced according to the chemical composition specified by the customer. Our deoxidizers are used by leading companies in the steel industry and help remove oxygen and other impurities from the steel process. In addition to aluminum alloys, our sales offering also includes various types of scrap and waste that are a byproduct of the production process or scrap classification.

FEHRMANN Materials produces industrial-grade, high-performance aluminium and can meet the highest demands and requirements. We develop high-performance aluminium alloys for 3D printing, casting and extrusion applications for other vendors and we use these ourselves for the industrial production of sand-casting parts. Fehrmann is a one-stop shop distributor for established 3D printing metal powders such as tool steel powder (1.2709), stainless steel powder 316L, AlSi10Mg, TiAl6V4 powdered alloy (fine/coarse) and CoCr powder. By up scaling quantities, combined with optimised storage and quality assurance, we bring together the advantages of international trade to meet the availability and quality requirements of our customers and promote 3D printing. An additional focus is the development of an aluminium alloy (AlMgty®) with particular mechanical properties – known as high-performance alloys. SRI Foundry, located in Commentry, manufactures a complete range of sand castings for all business lines in self-hardening sand : pure copper, hardening precipitation copper, aluminium bronze, tin bronze, lead bronze, brass... Saint Rémy Industrie (SRI) has an integrated machining workshop which is constantly developing. This integrated machining workshop is an essential asset in the service provided to our customers because it has 7 CNC lathes including 6 3-axis CNC machines, 2 vertical machining centers and a conventional machining capacity up to Ø 1500 mm. We can provide fully machined and quality-controlled sand castings. Therefore, our customers have a single and reliable contact. Our philosophy : delivering a product that is ready to be used.
