SpanSet secutex Sicherheitstechnik GmbH was founded in 1982 by Heinz Franke and SpanSet GmbH. secutex, which stands for "secure textile", has become one of the largest manufacturers and processors of polyurethane over the years. The range of products, which initially consisted of polyurethane-coated lifting straps and protective sleeves, covers various areas, for example technical moulded parts for mechanical engineering, roller and roll coating, prong and surface protection. secutex is a highly wear-resistant polyurethane, which was developed for lifting components with sharp edges, for example coils. By constructing our own moulds, we can provide individual solutions and designs. Thanks to continually developing new solutions for coil handling and storage, secutex has nearly become the industry standard both in Germany and internationally. All products are manufactured in Germany and sold either directly or through an international dealer network

The range of products offered by A.Mauri comprises special profiles made using a cold-forming of sheet steel, cold rolled steel, zinc-plated and Sendzimir-coated steel, stainless steel and brass and aluminium. Products are made from plans provided by client, developed in partnership with our design office, to meet the needs of the automotive, construction, marine, electro-technical, heating and furniture industries. Our production lines can handle sheets up to 800 mm wide and thicknesses of 0.3 mm to 4 mm, with a maximum length of 12, 500 mm. These characteristics are sufficient to easily meet the specific needs of any of our clients. Profiles are made as standard lengths or can be cut to size. Our production facilities enable us to create precision curved profiles. We have extensive experience in the design and manufacture of special profile installations.

Perinteisissä offsetpainotiloissamme kaikki painokoneemme ovat HEIDENBERG-merkkisiä (50 x 70 ‒ 70 x 100), yksi, kaksi, neljä, viisi tai kuusi väriä ja dispersiotarralakka. Käytämme TIMANTTITERÄISIÄ veitsiä, jotka pystyvät leikkaamaan millimetrin sadasosan tarkkuudella polaarisissa tai paperileikkurikoneissamme, täysautomaattinen 70 x 100 SANWA-BOBS laatikoiden leikkaukseen ja kolme BUSH-leikkauskonetta muotoiltujen tarrojen leikkaukseen. 8 värin Ko-pack-fleksopainantaa tukeva IWASAKI, Nilpeter (vuoden 2008 malli) on käytössä kelapakattujen tarrojen osastolla ja myös sellofaanipinta, takapinnan painatus, kuumafoliopainatusta voidaan tehdä näillä koneilla. Olemme keskittyneet METALLIPINNOITETUSTA PP: stä ja METALLIPINNOITETUSTA kiiltopaperista valmistettuihin KELAPAKATTUIHIN tarroihin, jotta saamme hyllytuotteistamme houkuttelevampia ja helpommin myytäviä.
