Kofra - livarna D.O.O. is a family-owned company, established in 1999 in Slovenia by Mr. Gregor Fras and Mr. Blaž Fras. The company specializes is high pressure die casting, surface treatment and custom-made products made from aluminium alloy. Our main activity of the company Kofra - livarna d.o.o. is die casting of aluminium. We are working with different types of aluminium alloys, but we specialize in alloy EN AB 46100, EN AB 47100 and EN AB 44300. We produce a wide variety of aluminium castings for engine parts, electrode parts, car parts, tractor parts, pumps, power and hand tools, and many others ... We adapt cast irons to the needs and wishes of our customers. The monthly production of our facilities of these castings exceeds 130 tons. Our company has been certified for Quality management system - ISO 9001/2008 and we are in preparation to be certified for ISO / TS 16949 and ISO 14001 The company most relevant markets are the Slovenian and German market however we are expanding more and more. FEHRMANN Materials produces industrial-grade, high-performance aluminium and can meet the highest demands and requirements. We develop high-performance aluminium alloys for 3D printing, casting and extrusion applications for other vendors and we use these ourselves for the industrial production of sand-casting parts. Fehrmann is a one-stop shop distributor for established 3D printing metal powders such as tool steel powder (1.2709), stainless steel powder 316L, AlSi10Mg, TiAl6V4 powdered alloy (fine/coarse) and CoCr powder. By up scaling quantities, combined with optimised storage and quality assurance, we bring together the advantages of international trade to meet the availability and quality requirements of our customers and promote 3D printing. An additional focus is the development of an aluminium alloy (AlMgty®) with particular mechanical properties – known as high-performance alloys. These are used for casting (sand, chill and die casting) as well as in extrusion and additive manufacturing/3D printing (LPBF/SLM and DED). Our company has been specializing in the production of aluminum alloys and deoxidizers for over 35 years. Thanks to our extensive experience and qualified staff, we can ensure that we meet the requirements of our customers. We offer aluminum alloys in the form of bars and deoxidizers in the form of granules. Through continuous investment in our production process, we are able to continuously improve the quality of our products. Our aluminum casting alloys are produced according to applicable standards such as PN EN 1676, DIN 1725, PN-76/H-88027, ZN-86/MH-MN-260-14, or modified according to the chemical composition specified by the customer. Each alloy is filtered and refined to ensure that it meets high-quality standards. We also offer aluminum for steel deoxidation in grades A2, A4, A5, and A6, which can also be produced according to the chemical composition specified by the customer. Our deoxidizers are used by leading companies in the steel industry and help remove oxygen and other impurities from the steel process. In addition to aluminum alloys, our sales offering also includes various types of scrap and waste that are a byproduct of the production process or scrap classification.
