Make the perfect cut with Maier machine knives. We have been manufacturing knives and blades solely from high-quality and high-alloy high-speed steels for more than 95 years. This means that our machine knives remain sharp for a long time and produce a perfect cutting result. It goes without saying that you cannot benefit from having the best steel quality if hardening and the tempering process are not tailored to the steel quality in question. Our decades of experience at Maier-Unitas, in cooperation with our partners, ensures the best results. We are always happy to advise interested parties with respect to designing cutting geometry and selecting material. Using our decades of experience in the production of machine knives, we have already analysed machine knife tasks in cooperation with many customers (including at their premises) and improved existing knives. Kaikki painokoneemme ovat maailmanlaajuisesti tunnettujen merkkien korkean teknologian koneita. Perinteisissä offsetpainotiloissamme kaikki painokoneemme ovat HEIDENBERG-merkkisiä (50 x 70 ‒ 70 x 100), yksi, kaksi, neljä, viisi tai kuusi väriä ja dispersiotarralakka. Käytämme TIMANTTITERÄISIÄ veitsiä, jotka pystyvät leikkaamaan millimetrin sadasosan tarkkuudella polaarisissa tai paperileikkurikoneissamme, täysautomaattinen 70 x 100 SANWA-BOBS laatikoiden leikkaukseen ja kolme BUSH-leikkauskonetta muotoiltujen tarrojen leikkaukseen. 8 värin Ko-pack-fleksopainantaa tukeva IWASAKI, Nilpeter (vuoden 2008 malli) on käytössä kelapakattujen tarrojen osastolla ja myös sellofaanipinta, takapinnan painatus, kuumafoliopainatusta voidaan tehdä näillä koneilla. Olemme keskittyneet METALLIPINNOITETUSTA PP: stä ja METALLIPINNOITETUSTA kiiltopaperista valmistettuihin KELAPAKATTUIHIN tarroihin, jotta saamme hyllytuotteistamme houkuttelevampia ja helpommin myytäviä.
