VOERLY has an international, multilingual industrial service network as well as a sales office in Germany. We manufacture assemblies from a wide variety of (certified) materials using our high-tech machinery, some of which is automated. With over 200 employees, we machine your components with the highest precision and a very high level of vertical integration down to a thousandth of a millimetre. Our comprehensive vertical manufacturing range includes mechanical processing (e.g. CNC milling and turning), processes such as wire erosion, glass bead blasting and the finest welding work, in addition to product finishing. Thanks to our many years of experience, we have mastered the processes from development, procurement and assembly through to delivery of the final, tested customer products.

Esimerkiksi metallintyöstökoneiden alalla tarjoamme kelaleikkauskoneita, kelahalkomislinjoja, rullamuovauskoneita, kelojen ja puristinten syöttöjärjestelmiä, NC- tai CNC-putkentaivutuskoneita, kelasyöttöisiä laserleikkauskoneita, sandwich-paneelien tuotantolinjoja jne. Muovinjalostuskoneiden osalta tarjoamme muoviekstruusiokoneita, muovinkierrätyskoneita, ruiskuvalukoneita, lämpömuovauskoneita, muovipussien tuotantokoneita jne. Etsimme asiakkaillemme optimaaliset ratkaisut turkkilaisilta konetoimittajilta, hoidamme sopimusneuvottelut ja myynnin, seuraamme lähetyksiä ja muita prosesseja. Virmer is the exclusive dealer of Wattsan, a Chinese manufacturer of CNC machines, for Europe. We offer our customers three lines of CNC machines with a 2-year warranty: •CO2 laser machines are used to engrave and cut non-metallic materials such as wood, plywood, cardboard, plastics, rubber, leather, fabric, fur, plexiglass (acrylic), PET, and MDF. •CNC routers used a spindle to cut and engrave a wide range of materials (wood, plexiglass, MDF). •Fiber optic laser machines are used to mark and engrave a wide range of metals.
