When the optics company, Carl Zeiss, discussed outsourcing the “signage” activity, I, Matthias Wetzel, seized the opportunity and founded Matthias Wetzel INDUSTRIEBESCHRIFTUNGEN GmbH in 1999 in the form of a management buy-out. This enabled me to realise my vision of an efficient signage centre. What began with four employees has now grown to become a team of almost 40 staff. To ensure that we continue to work with specialist professionals in the future, we have provided in-house training since 2004. With the marking and varnishing of high-quality industrial products in the fields of appliance engineering, optical precision appliance engineering, systems and mechanical engineering and electronics and precision tools, our company has developed into an acknowledged surface treatment centre.

Speed, flexibility and professionalism are the key words to Euromask®'s success: - 85% of the orders processed within 24/48 hours - 184 million parts in stock - sampling within a short time: 3-4 days for the adhesives and 10 days for production, 1 week for moulded parts and 4 weeks for production. Since 2024, thanks to its 3Dex spin-off, it has been able to make the best of its field experience and can offer all-round services in order to quickly study, prototype and produce special moulded parts, functional parts and 3D parts made from silicone and polyurethane. In short Euromask® mainly produces: -masking systems for powder and liquid painting, anodizing and chrome plating operations - conical plugs and caps that can stand up to 315 °C and be reused to protect holes and threads during painting operations - adhesive tapes and discs for powder coating operations and galvanic processes, thermal spraying and anodizing. Since 2024, thanks to its 3Dex spin-off, it has been able make the best of its field experience and can offer all-round services.

It was founded in 1993 in Lithuania and ever since specializes in sheet metal processing. The company has accumulated a wide fleet of universal and special modern equipment, which allows the production of very high quality and diverse range of products from sheet steel. Our sheet steel products include letter boxes, apartment letter boxes, parcel boxes, access panels, manifold cabinets, weathervanes, hanging basket brackets, fire baskets, fire pits, grills, firewood storage trolleys, key boxes, medicine boxes, billboards, etc. We produce various products and semi-finished products for German and UK markets and brands. Customized production is a significant part of the manufacturing process. Yet, our engineers are designing and preparing various articles of sheet metal for a serial production. Certain quantity of such products is maintained in a warehouse. We are operating in the Baltic States, Scandinavian, Western European and British markets. We use the following technologies: laser cutting, stamping, bending, welding, powder coating. Our services include product designing, manufacturing process, packaging and transportation arrangements. To ensure high-quality production management and accounting, we have implemented the ERP system.
