This is the principle which Universal Hydraulik has been following for more than 35 years when designing hydraulic systems, cooling systems, and heat exchangers, which are used all over the world in every field of application. Our heat exchangers are available as standard products, or can be specially customised to meet the requirements of your application. We use highly-precise software for our calculations, with drawings available in 3D. Our heat exchangers are tested up to five times during production. The cooling performance can be verified on our test rig. By purchasing one of our hydraulic and cooling systems, you'll be provided with a turnkey system from a single source. We design, manufacture, install and commission the complete system. All our systems are fully tested with regard to functionality and workmanship prior to delivery and are supplied with extensive documentation.

Founded in 1995 by fellow engineers Frank Grosch and Ralph Wolfrum, the company has come to focus on designing, building, fully installing and commissioning systems for flue gas purification and energy recovery. Our systems are being put to work not only in western and eastern Europe, but also in North America, Asia and Australia. Our technical team is made up of process technology engineers, fluid mechanical engineers and electrical engineers, as well as chemists, physicists, designers, technicians and draughtsmen, all of whom are experts in their field. Thermotec GmbH is a company specialising in equipment and machine manufacturing. We are involved in the heat recovery sector in particular. We focus our development and manufacturing on plate heat exchangers for heat exchange between two gas flows. The production of three-way process air valves is another of our focal points. In addition to these main fields, we also develop, design and manufacture a whole series of other products. The production process uses virtually exclusively stainless steel, preferably in the materials 1.4301, 1.4306, 1.4541, 1.4571, but also in other stainless steel qualities. With our currently available production area of 1740 m², partially equipped with machines with CNC control, PC workstations, CAD drawing stations and quality assurance implemented in accordance with ISO 9001, we are always one step ahead of the competition.
