Technical test specimens for your requirements. 40 years ago, Rocholl GmbH started to specialise in the manufacture and sale of test specimens. With a wide range of customer requests, the range grew continually: We make test specimens for virtually all materials to be tested. We like to rise to the challenge of custom-made specimens for use in testing and research institutes in particular. We employ over 25 members of staff, all of whom are selected experts in their field. This is because knowledge of materials and their properties plays an important role in the manufacture of test specimens. Together with our cooperation partners, we meet the very high requirements for materials and design in the area of test specimen manufacturing. We are among the best in Europe: The satisfaction of our customers is proof and confirmation for us. We are a manufacturer of equipment and systems for snow blasting and dry ice blasting. Our applications are manual and automated pre-treatment, cleaning, cooling and deburring using CO2 snow blasting. The innovation here is the use of liquid CO2 and compressed air. We hold national and international industrial property rights in this area. We supply high-quality CO2 blasting equipment and a wide range of accessories to customers around the world. During CO2 snow blasting, dry ice particles (solid CO2 at -78 °C) are generated from liquid CO2 in the device, and then run with compressed air via a nozzle to the surface to be cleaned. Advantages include a dry and residue-free process without water and chemicals. The CryoSnow team has decades of experience in the field of industrial cleaning and dry ice technology. Our devices and systems are "Made in Germany" and are manufactured in accordance with the applicable laws and standards according to ISO 9000. With modern design and development tools as well as innovative manufacturing processes, we convert process ideas into production-ready products within a very short time. We support customers across the world from our company headquarters in Berlin. In addition, through our sales and service partners, we have competent contact persons at your site.
