CasoCleanCheck GbR specialises in inspecting the technical cleanliness of components. We use a special analysis facility for this purpose. In addition to the residual dirt analysis of functional components, we have also become specialists in the inspection of decorative components. The measurement of component cleanliness plays a significant role, since it is gaining increasing significance as a sign of quality, and is also more frequently recorded on drawings (CCC = component cleanliness code), through which it can be quantified as well. Our procedures and standards, which have been specially developed for this purpose, allow us to generate fast, reliable, reproducible and cost-effective results. The residual dirt analyses that we perform conform to the standards of the new VDA 19 (ISO 16232). Our clients include some of the most well-known names in the automotive supplier industry. The company CasoCleanCheck is accredited to the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard as of March 2013.

FEHRMANN Materials produces industrial-grade, high-performance aluminium and can meet the highest demands and requirements. We develop high-performance aluminium alloys for 3D printing, casting and extrusion applications for other vendors and we use these ourselves for the industrial production of sand-casting parts. Fehrmann is a one-stop shop distributor for established 3D printing metal powders such as tool steel powder (1.2709), stainless steel powder 316L, AlSi10Mg, TiAl6V4 powdered alloy (fine/coarse) and CoCr powder. By up scaling quantities, combined with optimised storage and quality assurance, we bring together the advantages of international trade to meet the availability and quality requirements of our customers and promote 3D printing. An additional focus is the development of an aluminium alloy (AlMgty®) with particular mechanical properties – known as high-performance alloys. These are used for casting (sand, chill and die casting) as well as in extrusion and additive manufacturing/3D printing (LPBF/SLM and DED). As experts in aluminium alloys, we place great emphasis on quality and reliability. We aim to always create added value for our customers. Thanks to a cutting technology that was developed over 33 years ago, well diamond wire saws have helped more than 1200 customers worldwide achieve the results they desire. well diamond wire saws achieve smooth, sharp-edged surfaces on practically any material. The applied cutting tool is stainless steel wire with diamond grains that can be effectively "embedded" in the wire. This patented embedding process guarantees the highest degree of cutting capability and the longevity of the wire. The wire is wound around a drum that is attached to a precision hoist motor. Depending on the size of the saw, the length of the wire ranges from 10 to 40 metres. It has a diameter between 0.10 and 0.70 mm. All our saws use the force of gravity and/or weights as a method to achieve and maintain consistent feed rates. Moreover, they all possess continual variable speed control for the wire.
