FEHRMANN Materials produces industrial-grade, high-performance aluminium and can meet the highest demands and requirements. We develop high-performance aluminium alloys for 3D printing, casting and extrusion applications for other vendors and we use these ourselves for the industrial production of sand-casting parts. Fehrmann is a one-stop shop distributor for established 3D printing metal powders such as tool steel powder (1.2709), stainless steel powder 316L, AlSi10Mg, TiAl6V4 powdered alloy (fine/coarse) and CoCr powder. By up scaling quantities, combined with optimised storage and quality assurance, we bring together the advantages of international trade to meet the availability and quality requirements of our customers and promote 3D printing. An additional focus is the development of an aluminium alloy (AlMgty®) with particular mechanical properties – known as high-performance alloys. These are used for casting (sand, chill and die casting) as well as in extrusion and additive manufacturing/3D printing (LPBF/SLM and DED). As experts in aluminium alloys, we place great emphasis on quality and reliability. We aim to always create added value for our customers. Tailor-made solutions, the best quality for decades of use and excellent advice even for the highest of requirements. We love breaking new ground. "Not possible" ? – We'll see.

For more than 55 years, we have been developing and producing testing machines in the Upper Swabian town of Riedlingen. One of our strengths is the design and production of high-quality special test machines according to individual customer specifications. From the smallest machine with an output of just a few newtons to 10, 000 kN pressure test machines weighing over thirty tonnes, our team of experienced engineers and technicians is able to realise the most demanding designs themselves. Due to our close contact with the leading centres and universities, we are always up to date when it comes to testing technology. Our membership of the Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau (VDMA), a specialist community for testing machines, guarantees you forward-looking technologies, outstanding quality and reliable service. An independent department deals with the development and adaptation of electronic assemblies on our test machines. There's a focus here on project planning and development according to customer-specific specifications. Hardware is produced by a subsidiary in Switzerland.

In the world of alcohol production and distillation, all roads have led to the company Kothe for over 40 years. We produce thought-out distillation systems at the highest technical level from the initial idea to the final detail – always individually adapted to the requirements of our international customers. Quality in every detail. From small private distilleries to small commercial distilleries, lockup distilleries or vodka and whisky distilleries – each of our distillation systems is customised, and demonstrates the best of what you can expect from distillery technology. All our distillation systems are manufactured to customer request after intensive consultation. We show particular consideration here for the raw materials to be processed, and also compile complete processing plans in addition to the distillation system. To this end, you also get a comprehensive range of accessories from us – from the small alcohol detection device to filling and labelling systems. We design turnkey grain or molasses distilleries as well as fruit distilleries – from tree recommendations through mashing and distilling right up to completion and storage. We are also happy to carry out a sensory analysis of your distillates.
