Since 1990, a highly qualified team of engineers and physicists at FOCUS, in collaboration with external partners, have been working to ensure that FOCUS products always confirm to the latest precision welding requirements. The FOCUS MEWB-60 micro electron beam machine is used for welding work with the strictest requirements, in such fields as, among others, sensor technology, aerospace engineering, R&D and university research worldwide. Together with the recently presented FOCUS LaVa micro laser beam welding machine, this comprises our "Power Beam" product range. All products are developed, manufactured and tested in house. This is the case for the physical vacuum components, the optoelectronic components (FOCUS, Huenstetten) as well as the related electronic equipment and software (FOCUS electronics, Leipzig). The focus at our factory in Leipzig is on software development and intelligent control concepts

ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH manufactures systems required for conveying, dosing, applying, filling, and emptying medium to high-viscosity fluids. The headquarter is in Töging a. Inn (Bavaria). ViscoTec has subsidiaries in the USA, in China, Singapore, India, in France and in Hong Kong and employs about 300 people worldwide. Numerous sales partners all over the world complete the international distribution network. This guarantees successful interaction of all components. All fluids showing a viscosity of up to 7.000.000 mPas can be conveyed and dosed almost pulsation-free and with extremely low shear. ViscoTec offers comprehensive consulting for every application and, if required, extensive tests will be carried out in close cooperation with the customer. The dosing pumps and systems are perfectly adapted to their respective application whether it is the food sector, the e-mobility industry, the aerospace field, the medical technology, the pharmaceutical industry, electronics manufacturing or many other branches.

LILA GMBH - SPEZIALIST FÜR INDIVIDUELLE LÖSUNGEN IN DER LASERPRÄZISIONSBEARBEITUNG

SPECIALIST IN INDIVIDUAL SOLUTIONS FOR LASER PRECISION FINISHING. LILA GmbH has been active as a specialist in laser precision finishing for more than 25 years. In addition to fine cutting and precision drilling, precision laser welding is a particular expertise. A wide range of metals and ceramic materials are processed on 25 fixed bed and fibre laser systems. Quality assurance at the highest level is obligatory at LILA, which is why all processes are certified both according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and according to the DIN EN ISO 13485 medical standard. Medical cannulas, measurement electrodes, surgical instruments, components for sensitive gauges or complex components for precision operations are standard metal workpieces that are manufactured at LILA. LILA is the market leader in the field of thick ceramics in particular, and can process material thicknesses of 0.1 mm–27 mm. The range of applications includes indexable inserts, sieves for industrial fine grinding mills, blades for medical shears and knives, bearings for Formula 1 vehicles, satellite technology and apertures for cameras and measurement systems. As LILA is active in quality-sensitive sectors, such as medical technology, sensor systems or aerospace technology, absolute dimensional accuracy and reliability are some of the basic requirements in every project. And so it's a matter of course at LILA that all requests are processed with the same regard and care.
