This tradition-conscious family business is currently being successfully run by the fourth generation of the Prinzing family. Over one hundred years ago, a small smithy in Urspring was working metal. That small smithy has grown into a company with two main areas of business: Sheet metal machining equipment and dung removal systems. We are a company in the metalworking industry and have specialised in the manufacture of flanges/flange rings, circlips, collars and bands/round plates since the beginning of the 1960s. So that we can process orders as quickly as possible, in addition to two-part circlips for 1 mm and for 2-3 mm piping, we permanently stock over 100, 000 flange rings in accordance with EN 12220 (Edition 06/98), DIN 24154 (Edition 07/66) Series 2-5, as well as flange rings in accordance with DIN 24154 (Edition 07/90) Part I+II in rough, galvanised and stainless steel versions (material 1.4301, 1.4541, 1.4571). Space and wear parts for blasting machines. We are a leading provider of blasting machine spare parts made of highly wear-resistant cast stainless steel and hardened tool steel. In addition to direct spare parts for blast wheel turbines, our range of goods includes virtually all wear parts that are needed in blasting machines. Blast hangers made from manganese steel and other load suspension equipment for goods to be blasted are subject to extreme wear due to the continuous impact of the abrasives, which sometimes restricts their service life to just a few weeks or months. It is therefore obvious that these products must be made from highly wear-resistant manganese steel. Manganese steel blast hangers have a service life up to 20 times longer than hangers made of traditional steel. This enables much more efficient resource planning.
